Shillong, June 29: In a surge of COVID 19 cases , India recorded 11,793 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of COVID-19 cases to 4,34,18,839. According to the Union Health Ministry data updated on June 29, the active cases rose to 96,700.
In Meghalaya, 28 new COVID 19 cases were detected in last 24 hrs, which pushed the tally of active cases to 65, the health department said in a bulletin.
