27 fresh COVID-19 positive cases confirmed in Meghalaya Archives

Shillong, Nov 25: As many as 59 more persons tested positive for COVID-19, taking the number of active cases to 915 on Wednesday.

37 new recoveries has been reported today, taking total number of recovered patients to 10,488. Total fatality count in the State so far 110 till date.

New 59 COVID-19 positive cases were 27 from East Khasi Hills district (Armed force/Para-military force- 01,High Risk- 02,ILI case- 01,SARI case- 01,Returnee- 03,Laban cluster- 02,Lummawbah cluster- 03,Madanryting cluster- 02,Nongkrem Nongthymmai cluster- 06,Nongrah cluster- 04,Polo cluster- 01 and Rynjah cluster- 01), 17 from West Garo Hills district (Salsella cluster- 03,Hawakhana cluster- 01,High Risk- 04,Madynagar cluster- 03,Returnee- 01 and Upper Derenggre cluster- 05), 08 from West Jaintia Hills district (High Risk: 05,ILI Case: 01 and Khimusniang cluster- 02), 04 from Ri Bhoi district (ILI case: 01,Returnee: 01 and Screening purpose: 02), 01 ILI case from East Jaintia Hills district, 01 high risk from South West Garo Hills district and 01 Screening purpose from West Khasi Hills district.

Fresh 37 COVID-19 recovered cases were 19 from East Khasi Hills district (High Risk: 12,ILI case: 02,Laitumkhrah cluster: 01,Lumparing Cluster: 02,Madanryting cluster: 01 and Returnee: 01), 06 from East Garo Hills district(High risk: 04,Returnee: 01 and Williamnagar Bazaar cluster: 01), 06 from West Garo Hills district (High Risk: 04 and Screening purpose: 02), 04 high risk from Ri Bhoi district and 02 from South West Garo Hills district (High Risk: 01 and Mahendraganj cluster: 01).

Till date, the State has registered 11,513 COVID-19 cases, of which 915 are active,110 deceased and 10,488 have recovered.
