Shillong, Aug 30: Meghalaya on Monday registered 134 new COVID-19 cases, which pushed the tally of active cases to 2,509, the health department said in a bulletin.
Meanwhile, the state also records 260 new recovered cases in last 24 hours, with this the total recovered cases reaches 71,919.
01 more succumbs to the infections in last 24 hours, taking total number of fatalities from COVID-19 infection to 1,307 so far.
