Shillong, Nov 10: Twenty-one contestants will compete for the ‘Mr & Miss Fresh Faces’ title to be held at Asian Confluence Habitat, Laitumkhrah in the city on Saturday.
Organizer of the event Nadarwenn Mihsil told reporters here on Friday that the aim of the event was to bring out talent and beauty of North East India.
The Mr & Miss Fresh Faces is being organized by AK Production based in Bhopal. Entry to the event is free.
Winner in the completion will be awarded with cash prizes besides getting a chance to feature in an upcoming movie in Bhopal and also be part of the Bhopal Fashion House next year.
Wanda Nongbri, who is the face of the AK Production said that the event will be a platform for promoting talented boys and girls from Shillong.
Of 21 contestants, Nongbri said, 12 are males and 9 are females, who were selected recently after a two-day audition held in the city.
