Imphal, Nov 14: Customs sleuths on Thursday arrested woman with gold worth Rs 3.16 crore in Moreh near Indo-Myanmar border.

Acting on a tip-off, the Customs Sleuths seized 50 gold bars weighing 8300 gram from Tingkholam of Phaicham Veng of Moreh under Chandel district.

The gold bars were smuggled from Myanmar. Investigation is on.
