Shillong, Dec 13: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District has due to the prevailing law and order situation in the District (City), issued an order under Section 52(I) of the Meghalaya Excise Act (Assam Excise Act 1910 as adopted) declare the December 14, as Dry Day throughout the entire District of East Khasi Hills District.
She has further stated, that all bonded warehouse/IMFL shops/bars/hotels/clubs and outstill shops shall remained close on December 14.
