Shillong, Dec 16: The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District has, in view of the prevailing law and order situation, issued an order under Section 144 CrPC relaxing curfew in all the curfew bound areas notified under Lumdiengjri Police Station and Sadar Police Station and their respective Outposts and Beat Houses for 13 (thirteen) hours with effect from 6:00 AM to 7:00 P.M. on December 17.
The Curfew is promulgated again in the above mentioned areas with effect from 7:00 PM December 17, and until further orders, added the District Magistrate.
