Shillong, May 09: The Meghalaya government has decided to further have some more relaxation in Shillong Agglomeration from Monday, by allowing automobile and stationery shops to open but not at Ãewduh and Khyndai Lad area.
Deputy chief minister, Prestone Tynsong said that in other districts, from Monday, all types of shops will open, excluding Shillong Agglomeration.
He also informed that public transport and private transport will be allowed 50 per cent from May 11, but in Shillong Agglomeration, it has not been allowed.
“The protocols are left to the respective deputy commissioner of the districts to work out by allowing public and private transport on rotational basis,” Tynsong said.
