Shillong June 30: Senior IPS officer, G.H.P Raju has been appointed as Principal Secretary in-charge Cooperation Department in Meghalaya.

Raju, the 1993 batch IPS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre was on Central deputation and came back to the state from the Central Reserve Police Force.
