Shillong, Sep 25: The senior men’s selection committee of the Meghalaya Cricket Association has announced a 15-member squad, along with five standbys, for the first three matches of the BCCI’s Col CK Nayudu Trophy 2025–26, a multi-day tournament for U-23 men.
Meghalaya will begin their campaign against Baroda on 16 October in an away fixture, followed by a clash with Jammu & Kashmir from 26 October in Jammu. The team will then return to Shillong to host Goa from 2 November.
Kevin Christopher has once again been entrusted with the captaincy, while Josiah Momin has been named vice-captain.
To prepare for the tournament, a training camp will be held in Tura from 29 September to 12 October. Players, standbys, and support staff from Khasi-Jaintia Hills have been asked to report at Polo Ground, Shillong, on 28 September at 8 AM for departure to Tura, while those from Garo Hills (except Tura) should report directly to Tura on the same day. The squad will travel from Tura to Baroda on 13 October.
