Shillong May 25: Chief Minister, Conrad K. Sangma has assured that the state government would look into the demand to upgrade the Ranikor Administration Unit to Civil Sub Division.

The Chief Minister gave this assurance during a meeting with the delegation from Ranikor constituency.

The delegation was led by Ranikor MLA, Martin M. Danggo and pursued the demand with the Chief Minister. IN the meeting, Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong was also present.

Besides the demand for creation of Ranikor Civil Sub Division, the delegation also urged the Chief Minister to set up Community College, Upgradation of PHC to CHC and creation of more administration blocks.
