Shillong, July 3: The Crowborough Hotel at Khyndai Lad, one of the most delayed projects in the state is likely to be completed by September next year.

This was informed by Tourism Minister Metbah Lyngdoh after inspecting the project site here on Wednesday.

Lyngdoh said that his visit was to find out whether works for the project can be completed on time.

According to him, the implementing agency has been given 36 months to complete the work.

“They have assured that the hotel will be completed by the end of September, next year,” Lyngdoh said.

The project was conceptualized in the 1980s.
