Shillong, Oct.17: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills has declared dry day on 19th and 20th October, 2017 on account of Kali Puja and Diwali respectively in the entire District of East Khasi Hills.

All bonded warehouse, IMFL shops, bars, hotels, clubs and outstiĺl shops shall remain closed on the above mentioned dates. (I&PR)
