Shillong, Oct 26: The Hill State People’s Democratic Party (HSPDP) will hold a general council meeting at Dinam Hall, Jaiaw here on October 31 at 11 am.
In a statement issued here, the HSPDP urged party delegates representing various Assembly constituencies to attend the meeting, adding that only party delegates would be allowed to attend the meeting.
