Shillong, May 27: Five person tested positive for COVID19 on Wednesday, taking total number of active cases in the state to 7.
Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma, in his twitter account informed that the 5 persons had recently returned from Delhi-Haryana and they are asymptomatic.
The total number of cases in the state now stands at 20 with 7 active cases, 12 fully cured and 1 deceased.
Five more people who came recently from Delhi-Haryana have been tested positive for COVID19. They are at Corona Care Centre, Shillong and asymptomatic. Total active cases in the state as of now is 7 (2+5).
