Shillong,Aug. 16: An air hostess who was employed with a private airlines Indigo was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Wednesday after allegedly falling from the third floor of at her building in Baguihati in Kolkata.
As per sources, Police have detained two persons for questioning in the case of the unnatural death of air hostess identified as Clara Bansharai Khongsit, originally a resident of Shillong.
Local residents of her building found her body in a pool of blood at her building on Wednesday morning, and informed the Baguiati police station.
However, Police investigating the crime said that there are not ruling out foul play since the victim was reportedly holding a get together along with her two friends at her residence on Tuesday night.
The victim was the lead cabin attendant of Indigo.
Her body has been sent for post mortem for investigations, an official at Bidhannagar police station said.
