‘Wazwan E Kashmir’ from February 15 to February 24, 2025. The festival celebrates the rich
and sophisticated culinary heritage of the Kashmir Valley, offering unparalleled dining
experience for food lovers in Guwahati.
“The overwhelming response to the Kashmir Food Promotion last year inspired us to bring it
back, bigger and better. Kashmiri cuisine is a true celebration of culture and taste, and we

Renowned Chef Shabir from Pahalgam returns with a specially curated buffet menu,
featuring iconic dishes like the hearty Harissa, crispy lotus fritters, and the fragrant Kahwa
tea. This festival promises to transport guests to the picturesque Kashmir Valley, showcasing
authentic and unforgettable flavors.
Regarding the menu for this year’s offerings, Chef Shabir said, “It is an honor to
return to Radisson Blu Guwahati and bring the rich culinary traditions of Kashmir to the
people of Northeast India once again. Last year’s overwhelming response to the festival
inspired me to push boundaries this time by introducing an even wider range of authentic
Kashmiri dishes and specialties. Along with favorites like Mutton Rista, Gustaba, Tabak
Maaz, Waza Kokur, Lahabi Kebab, Nadru Yakhni, and the aromatic Kahwa, I have curated
new additions to offer a more immersive experience of Kashmiri gastronomy. I hope to
create another unforgettable dining journey for our guests this year.”
