37 recoveries , 28 fresh COVID-19 positive cases confirmed in Meghalaya, one succumbs

State records another COVID-19 death, tolls rises to 150

Shillong, Nov 09: Meghalaya recorded 37 new recoveries , 28 fresh positive COVID-19 and 0ne patient succumbs on Monday .

According to the health fatality report, one Sonkor Arengh 44 Yrs/M from Hawakana, Tura, west Garo Hills district was admitted in Tura Civil Hospital & tested Covid positive on 06-11-2020, earlier referred from Tura Christian Hospital. Succumbs to deadly virus on 08-11-2020 at 8.10 AM.

Cause of death Septic Shock with Multi Organ Dysfunction with Liver Disease with Pancreatitis.

Till date, the State has registered 10,230 COVID-19 cases, of which 1,024 are active,94 deceased and 9,112 have recovered.
