New Delhi / Shillong | July 17, 2025: Kong Rose Angeline Kharsyntiew, a committed rural service provider from Meghalaya, has been conferred with the prestigious CSC Udyami Ratna Samman by the Government of India, recognizing her exemplary contribution in delivering public services to rural and remote communities.
The award was presented by Dr. Rajneesh, Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner of MSME, in the presence of Shri Sanjay K. Rakesh, Managing Director and CEO of CSC SPV, during a grand felicitation ceremony at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi.
Kong Rose was the only woman representative from Meghalaya selected for this national-level recognition, making her achievement not just a personal milestone but a proud moment for the Eastern West Khasi Hills District and the entire state.
