Shillong, Sept 22: An MBoSE employee allegedly had taken money Rs 1.26 lakh from three persons promising jobs and contract works in the Board.
The accused, Sandeep Sutradhar, an Offset Operator in MBoSE, took the money by taking names of deputy director JS Sangma, joint director BR Marak and joint director (admin) M.R. Marak.

The matter came to light when the three persons — Kiran Pegu, Jeneta G Momin and Somendro Saha — lodged a complaint to MBoSE officials in this connection.
An FIR was lodged in this regard by M.R. Marak yesterday.
