Shillong, April 02 : Deputy Chief Minister briefed  regarding various activities permitted from 4th of May, 2020:-

•In site construction (where workers are available on site and no workers are required to be brought in from outside) in all urban areas including Shillong Agglomeration and hardware & electrical Stores will also be allowed to open in Shillong Agglomeration from 4th of May 2020.

•Opening of hardware stores, electrical stores and construction and quarrying activities, previously excluded in Mylliem block will now be allowed.

•Government offices to function with 33% capacity for Staff (Group C and D) and 100 percent for Officers (Group A and B). Rosters will be notified and dos and don’ts will be issued accordingly.

•Curfew will be lifted in the Shillong agglomeration. Assembly of 5 or more will be prohibited. Night curfew will continue (from 7 pm to 7 am).

Wines shops will be open from the 4th of May, 2020 across #Meghalaya.
