Shillong, March 27: Meghalaya Health Minister Roshan Warjri today met Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, J.P. Nadda, in his Office Chamber at New Delhi to apprise him of the urgent need for consideration and approval of the Phase-III of Megha Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS).
The Union Minister has also assured to look into the matter at the earliest.
Mrs Warjri also impressed upon the Union Minister for consideration of the Burn and Trauma Center at Shillong Civil Hospital and Tura Civil Hospital including commissioning of the Amrit Pharmacy in the premises of the Shillong Civil Hospital.
