Shillong, June 22: The difficulty for CBSE students who gave their board exams this year seem to go on and on.
National People’s Party (NPP) has questioned the CBSE board about the future of the students. Party warned the board that it will not tolerate any happens to play with the future of the students.
NPP leader and senior advocate Erwin K. Syiem Sutnga said that there are massive errors in totalling of students’ marks of the 32 students of Class XII CBSE Arts from BSF Senior Secondary School Umpling, Shillong who have to re-appear for compartment examination in Economics.
Sutnga said I am concerned that the errors being committed by the CBSE Board will have an adverse and lifelong impact on thousands of students also request parents and teachers of the Various School opting for CBSE course in Shillong to come out and take up this matter with the CBSE Board.
I have written to the BSF Senior Secondary School authorities to take up the matter so that re evaluation can be done for those 32 Students on this matter, he said.
The relevant letter and News Report is also sent to Shri Conrad Sangma M.P for his Kind intervention in this matter.
The million dollar question arise as, what is wrong with the totalling process and how fair is it for the CBSE to do away with re-evaluation altogether?”.
