Shillong, Oct, 4: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather warning whereby thunderstorm with lightning accompanied with gusty wind with wind speed reaching (30-40) KMPH is likely to occur at isolated places on 5th October, 2017 and heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places on 8th October, 2017 over Meghalaya.
