SSA teachers under MSSASA stage a demonstration

Shillong, March 17: The SSA teachers under the banner of Meghalaya SSA School Association Central body on Friday stage a demonstration in front of the office of the Directorate of School & Education Literacy  (DSEL) at Laitumkhrah against the State Government’s failure to enhance their salaries as approved by the Ministry of Human Resources Development. Around 878 members participated in the sit-in demanding the MUA-II State Government to enhance the salary of 1521 posts of 4th teachers in the states.
