Shillong, August 14: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather warning whereby heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places on 15th August, 2017 and heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places on 16thAugust, 2017 over Assam and Meghalaya.
