Shillong, April 7: Bharatiya Janata Party celebrates its 37th Foundation Day in the city on Thursday with great enthusiasm at its headquarter.
Addressing the gathering Meghalaya state BJP vice president Gagan Jain said that the party trusts and believes in working together with everyone. The meeting was organized by the BJP’s 19 South Shillong unit.
As part of celebrations wreaths were placed on the picture of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee followed by singing of Vande Mataram.
The celebration was attended by State President Shibun Lyngdoh, State General Secretary David Kharsati, senior and active leaders Ram Sevak Singh, KK Sharma, Vikas Gupta besides others.
