Shillong, Oct 5: Meghalaya chief minister Mukul Sangma on Thursday claimed that there was no shaky to his government.
He also said that the coming of newly floated People’s Democratic Front (PDF) would benefit the Congress in the upcoming Assembly election.
“Who is saying that the government is shaky? We have seen this kind of presumption and assumption in the past, and we know how to steer in a real turbulent political climate,” Mukul said..
Asked if the PDF would affect the Congress in the upcoming Assembly poll, he said, “I will tell you only one thing that it will benefit the Congress.”
On convening of Assembly session, Mukul said, “You don’t have to worry for that, we had session recently on June 12,” adding that when the session is convened, notice would be given to all concerns.
