Shillong, July 22: BJP leader, Nalin Kohli on Saturday rode a motor bike following massive traffic jam, which he said, it traffic congestion took atleast three hours from Umam to reach Shillong city.
One needs three hours from Umam (Barapani) to reach Shillong city in a car. What will development come to Meghalaya? Kohli asked.
He said that now under Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, villages are being connected under the Pradhan Mantri Graham Sadak Yojana.
Highways are built across the states which are ruled by the BJP or not ruled by the BJP. In Shillong, people are still suffering from connectivity.
