Shillong, July 25: The FKJGP Mawsynram along with the Hima Mawsynram on Tuesday met KHADC CEM, P.N.Syiem and Executive Member in-charge Elaka, Latiplang Kharkongngor accusing the Syiem of Hima Mawsynram, A.M. Syiem Malngiang of violating relevant rules and acts of the District Council.

They also demanded removal of Malngiang.

A memorandum was also submitted by Convener and President of FKJGP Mawsynram Circle, Banshai Marbaniang along with headmen under Hima Mawsynram, who accused Malngiang of selling land of the Hima without the consent of the Dorbar Shnong and Dorbar Raid. Various groups like
HYC Mawsynram Circle, HANM Mawsynram and HNYF Mawsynram also extended their support.
